Privacy Policy - REVs Performance LLC
insures that all personal information being voluntarily submitted to us in the processing of your
order (to be used for record and billing purposes, etc.), inclusive, but not limited to, credit
card and other personal information, will be kept strictly confidential and used "solely" by
REVs Performance LLC, its authorized representatives
and employees; for the strict purpose for which it was intended, and for the benefit of the Subscriber.
We agree not to share, rent, sell or release this information to any individual, entity or third
party, for any reason, without the specific written consent of the Subscriber; with exception as
required by Law, Regulation or Governmental Authority.
Security - REVs Performance LLC
is committed to protecting and securing all Subscriber provided information, through the use of
firewalls and additional security measures in place at its physical facilities to protect against
the loss, misuse or alteration of such information. We use SSL, Secure Socket Layer encryption technology
provided by GoDaddy.com. Our secure payment gateway is provided by Intuit Payment Solutions.
Order Turnaround Time - If the Product is in stock, it will usually be shipped
within 24 hours, (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow a little more time when ordering
late on Fridays or during the weekend (We try to reserve this time for product testing, VROOM..VROOM..).
If the Product requires being ordered from our overseas suppliers, our goal is to ship to you in
4 weeks or less. We will keep you informed of the process of your order.
Payment Policy - When an order is placed with
REVs Performance LLC, full payment is required at time
of order, including receipt of Money Orders and Cashiers Checks.
Methods of Payment - We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Money Order, and Cashiers Check. If paying by Money Order or Cashiers Check, call in the order to get the order total. Sorry no personal or business checks accepted.
Credit Card Charges - Your credit card will be charged as soon as you finish
your purchase online or by phone. If for any reason the transaction was completed and the card was
not accepted we will consider the order in hold until a payment is processed in the next 24 hours.
We will contact you if any problem arises.

Rural deliveries may incur extra charges. Oversized items cost extra to ship, such as: Fairings, Exhausts, and Tires. Please call for exact freight charges. Shipping costs are controlled by the shipping industry, due to fluctuations delivery charges may be subject to change. |

Shipping your Order - All shipping charges found in your "Shopping Basket" are charges for standard ground shipments within the 48 continental United States. We use UPS as our primary shipper. Unfortunately, they do not deliver to APO, FPO or PO Box #'s. We can always ship to these locations, but we will need to get specific instructions and shipping charges for you.
Existing Order Questions - If you ever have a question about an order that you have placed with us, or a problem with an order you have already received from us, please send e-mail sales or call us immediately at 770-787-8775 so we can address it. Always be sure to let us know your order was placed on the Internet.
Return & Cancellation Policy - We understand that occasionally items must be returned or exchanged.
- All returns require an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) from REVs Performance LLC.
- Items that have been installed, modified, or rendered not saleable can not be returned. This includes damage to original packaging materials, no exceptions.
- Make sure returns are packaged in the manufacturers original packaging and in accordance with the carrier's requirements.
- Returns or exchanges must be shipped back within 10 days of receipt.
- Exchanges must be shipped back within 28 days of receipt for items of equal or greater value.
- We are not responsible for original or return shipping charges should you choose to return or exchange any item.
- Special order items may not be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.
- A 25% restocking / cancellation fee and return shipping costs applies to returned items.
Damaged / Lost in Transit - Refuse delivery when the driver attempts to deliver
a damaged package. It is your responsibility to inspect the package for damage upon delivery. If
the package was dropped off, promptly call UPS at 800-742-5877, or call us at 770-787-8775 and we
will gladly assist you with filing a claim. When in stock, we will gladly replace lost or damaged
items promptly.
Prices - We reserve the right to change any price or item at any time without
prior notice.
Parts Installation & Use Policy - REVs
Performance LLC has no control over the use of any part purchased thru us. The customer must
exercise good judgment as to proper selection, installation, use, and maintenance of any part.
REVs Performance LLC assumes no responsibility for
damage or injury of any kind because of misuse or improper application of any part in any way by
any person. By placing an order with REVs Performance LLC
you agree with and accept the terms of our Parts Installation & Use Policy.
